It sounds like Vancouver trolley bus

I rode this bus route for yesterday and last week!!!

That bus route 54 goes to the my house in Muddy Branch next to W. Side Drive and Rio

2:05 Route 43, along with route 66, will no longer serve Shady Grove Hospital due to the new RideOn extRa routes Lime and Pink, and will instead serve Gaither Rd to replace service to route 63

Turns out these buses not only replaced fhe 2008-09 30 fts, but also replaced the 2005 New Flyer C40LFs
